The 15 min tummo has continued to be the only fixed practice since last post. Been feeling very good, lots of energy, work is fun, today it was a bit manic, feeling on top of the world.

Also been doing self inquiry on bus and yesterday evening a spontaneous 2h session happened. First sitting down then laying on the floor in different passive yoga poses probing inside. The doubt sensation is there and feels physical in the tummy. Most intense in the solar plexus area.

Been reading AEN:s book and it inspires me and makes me remember how I felt when reading Ramana and Nisargadatta in the beginning of my spiritual search. Felt so obvious then that the direct path was the quickest way. Feel that conviction now again somehow. Hopefully I'm a bit more mature to practice it this time around.

Balancing the manic bliss with some gut wrenching enlightenment talks by Jed McKenna.

"You are NOT a serious seeker" Bring out the scalpel and start inquiring. What is true?

"Who you are is a lie. That is a fact."

Been doing 30min tummo for 3 mornings now. Some shaking and very pleasant bliss, also a bit of heat. Experience such joy now at work, feels unshakable.

Felt unshakable yesterday ha ha. But today I've had some head ache and not feeling blissed out. Not a really bad come down either. More a slight disturbance. Been feeling quite ok with the thing.

When waiting for the bus on the way home it was cold and windy. Was freezing a bit but managed to counter it with some tummo. Cant say I heat up a lot but it became a lot more bearable and could easily stand still while the other people where walking back and forth to keep warm.

Still doing 30 min tummo as the only fixed practice. Retentions are naturaly growing longer. This morning everyone where between 120 sec 150sec. And I wasn't straining much at all. Bliss and and a little shaking and a tiny bit of heat in some. Feel that my bahndas are growing stronger but still room for improvement.

Yes I know. But I don't think that number is written in stone. I rather trust my intuition with what is bad or not. By the way loco has mentioned much larger number's. i know his diving friends still considered under 3 min safe. And advanced tummo goes even further.

Luckily I don't have a very intellectual job :). And no wife and kids to consider ha ha. What will be will be has always been my belief and so many sages say that everything is predetermined. So I'm not worried.

But thanks for your reminder Andy :)

Experiment this morning to keep momentum and not go beyond 120sec. Put my alarm on automatic intervall with 120sec followed by 90sec. It worked very well and hindered any spacing out and too long breaks between the cycles. My love arrives tomorrow and I will have her here for one week. She is veruy open energetically we'll see maybe she want's to do tummo with me :) Will do my best to keep up the half hour for that time and when she leaves I think I'll increase to 45min.

Tummo honeymoon over today have felt some tension and anxiety today. Practice 45min now since 5 days. Some of my retentions go to 180sec now. But it differs. Usually the first one is only 90 sec but most are most between 120- 150 sec.

Felt physically unwell also went to the bathroom hulking in the morning at work prepared to throw up. It didn't happen though. I think the tummo triggered some old muck.

Been having head ache the past days along with pressure in the forehead, I believe it is tummo induced. Keeping up the 45min though. Also been starting weight training again after five years absence. it's weird suddenly I felt like lifting again, was a gym rat from 18 to 25. Doing the "starting strength routine. Squating 3 times a week so this could also be a reason for the head aches create lots of pressure in the head. Enjoy to have sore muscles again. Joked with a dear friend that I used to lift with rage, now I lift with love. A nice one-liner, right?

Feel very unobsessed, almost uninterested in spiritual matters, Weird been so in to this search for 5 years. Now it feels like it doesn't matters if I attain anything or not.

This has been the case since last post. Haven't sat for several weeks up until yesterday and have lost interest in tummo. Was however in a very ecstatic and devotional mood for the past two days and that both inspired and forced me to sit again. Inspired me because it's hard to not be interested in spiritual matters when you have an devotional very erotic energy coursing through you :) and forced me because it made me stay up half of the night so there was not much else to do but to sit again.

Have a trend now with two 30min sits in a row so this trend will be my new years resolution. 30 min a day however i feel i will spend in the highest form of prayer. As Adyashanti so beautifully put it.

"Meditation is not a technique to master; it is the highest form of prayer, a naked act of love and effortless surrender into the silent
abyss beyond all knowing."

Happy New Year

Kept up the 30 min a day. No desire to but I enjoy it. It's very restful to spend that time with myself. Just sit and let things be . Sometimes there is a little try to remain as awareness. Can't say what that means and should probably let that trying go as well!?

Not much suffering and when there is it feels ok as well somehow. Contentment

Let it be, Let it be as the Beatles mantra go......

Used to think practice and enlightenment was serious business. But now the serious business seems to have gone bankrupt. After the bankruptcy is relief . A lot of effort to run serious businesses. No more!

In all seriousness,sincerely.
