10:15pm. The woman in the apartment above ours is thumping around.

15 minutes of text noting at 10:45pm at our apartment in San Francisco. The Lakers just won their final game of the regular season and are going to the playoffs as the eighth seed. Beth and I listened to the radio broadcast.

Kenneth: It has been a while since we've heard from you. This may be strategic, and if so ignore my inquiry, but I am curious as to what the past couple of years have been like for you in terms of your practice and view on practice/awakening. Hope you are well.
