Interesting take on meditation

On my usual radio listening this morning was an interview with a [far too commercial-style] meditation teacher named George Quant. I have numerous style quibbles, but it's worth putting them aside to catch some real plain truth gems: "Concentration, willpower and control WILL NOT WORK for meditation."-- for instance. Worth a listen, and worth putting up with a couple of station-fundraising interruptions. But probably only on the website for the next two weeks.
