I havent seen it all but from what I've heard so far they are discussing their experience and views on what those 4 Paths are. It might be interesting for some Im sure hence posting here. For some reason Im getting a bit tired of all this "who's dhamma is right and who's is wrong" bejezus people get a tea break will ya! Actually, these two lads seem very respectful of each other and the flow of the conversation is rather pleasant.

One thing I start to understand more from the Suttas is the way Buddha appreciated to the utmost, the moments of the day when he is to go to urinate or defecate, as in those moments no one would pester him with the myriad of Dhamma questions
"Going to the shitter on me own, leave me be folks!"

At 1:40:00 and on Ingram talks about personalities with lots of energy and those with not much and how that can stay in the way of development. He talks here about that Nirodha-what-ever-that-is , and I am only reflecting on the energy at any level of practice.
At some stage I think pushing all the energy one has is of benefit but at some stage it would be of more benefit to slow down. There is time to press the acceleration and at times to press on those breaks or even go down in gear.
I certainly can feel this ghost-like "jerk" in the body-mind. It wants to move. It doesn't want to slow down and just hang around what is. Its in a rush.
It fights back hard it seems. Wonder what it would do if Im to just sit and do nothing but intend to see what happens in the mind-body.
In case of overwhelming stuff there can be Tonglen but generally just sitting and being open to any and all arisings without any choice.
Sorry for journaling here about my practice
but these talks can inspire and thats a good thing!
Best wishes to all!

Yes I can just sit and observe the ghost-like jerky “intention-urge” like sense. And also the usual stuff that just hits the senses and does it’s thing.
Also Jhana stuff as it arises.
Strongest feeling tones is that of sadness and loss. As in “why can’t we Do more stuff about this” and there is sadness as this was seen as just a reactive pattern, thinking, feeling tone …
I have been rather busy since 2019 with Noting. I see the 6 Realm and other such practices as being busy too. Something to be Done about This. Maybe time to just sit and just let it all be and just watch it (btw lost the sense of watcher behind the eyes since that cessation in 2019)
This was my old practice of Shamatha in a way except back then I would bring attention back to whole body breathing in and whole body breathing out. It was like a “safe zone”.
Now that is not of importance.
Now it’s more of a nagging of that something that just ain’t ok with This as Is and is always on the move. I see it as this ghost-like jerk in the mind but can change spots in the body. Usually in heart area but today was on the right side of head.
Would be interesting just watching this while sitting. Doing nothing but seeing what happens and what’s it’s doing once it happens.
My spell check is on the fritz again!

Thanks for posting this! I'm still in a very early stage, trying to find out who and what is real. Both of these guys come across as very real, very sincere, very upbeat, very knowledgeable and (most of all) very accomplished. I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon this video on your site, as I wasn't looking for it.
