Does personality change with awakening?

Short new dialogue between Rich Doyle and Gary Weber addressing if personality changes with awakening and if so, in what way does it change and by how much.

On a slightly different not, I've heard a few times that development in awakening doesn't necessarily mirror psychological development, that one can be great but the other tiny. But I've seen relatively little about how they actually relate to eachother.......
