"Stop Being Judgy"

Recently came across this piece on judgement, discernment and the spiritual path which I really liked. Her spiritual texts are Patanjali's Yoga Sutras (which I theologically don't hold to personally) and Shankara's Advaita (which is a bit closer to my own take) but frankly I think all spiritual traditions, particularly as filtered through the New Age and Romanticism in the West, are subject to the tension she describes. There could be a closer discussion about the difference between judging others, and how to act on that judgement, but nonetheless, a great piece.
