The conference for me was good in the end, although it consisted of twisting in the wind in a sea of endless incongruities.. which may have appeared at times to affect me deeply but showed myself I can engage mindfulness on finer levels than I've been accustomed to. Yea, the circumstances were a shock to my system and brought a clear light to a number of mind states that were evidently latent in my normal, pretty isolated life. I would say I have been inhabiting myself more supple-y since I returned, although returning to my environment is like entering the void, but I am tempered for it at least
