Teaching Dharma - Why?

I had one teacher who talked about (what I believe folks on the AN would call 4th path) as "being whole." He then said that at this point, one is "already whole, but they need to become more holy" (meaning, integrating this knowledge with all areas of life & the purification/aligning that that entails).
